Am 11. Mai 2025 verstarb Helmut Kahl – ein Mensch, der mit seiner stillen Stärke, unermüdlichen Arbeitskraft und seinem großen Herzen tiefe Spuren hinterlässt.
Helmut Kahl wurde am 24. April 1936 geboren. In seinem langen Leben war er stets ein Vorbild an Tatkraft, Aufrichtigkeit und Menschlichkeit. „Immer volle Kraft voraus“ – das war nicht nur eine Haltung, es war sein gelebtes Prinzip. Mit Hingabe und Fleiß widmete er sich jeder Aufgabe, ganz gleich wie groß oder klein sie war. Arbeit bedeutete für ihn nicht nur Pflicht, sondern auch Verantwortung – sich selbst gegenüber, aber vor allem gegenüber den Menschen um ihn herum.
Wer Helmut kannte, wusste: Auf ihn war immer Verlass. Hilfsbereitschaft war für ihn keine Geste, sondern eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Ob in der Familie, unter Freunden oder im beruflichen Umfeld – Helmut war da, wenn man ihn brauchte. Oft leise, ohne große Worte, aber mit einer Verlässlichkeit, die Kraft schenkte.
Ehrlichkeit und Vertrauen waren Grundpfeiler seines Lebens. Er sprach aus, was er dachte – mit Klarheit, aber immer mit Respekt. Sein Wort hatte Gewicht, weil es aufrichtig war. Und wer Helmut vertraute, wurde nie enttäuscht.
In allem, was er tat, zeigte sich seine besondere Art: „Nie geklagt, nur getragen – mit stiller Kraft und großem Herzen.“ Dieses Zitat beschreibt ihn treffend. Er trug Herausforderungen mit Würde, war Stütze für viele, ohne sich selbst in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen.
Wir nehmen Abschied von einem besonderen Menschen. Helmut Kahl wird uns fehlen, als Vater, Freund, Kollege, als Mensch. Doch in unseren Erinnerungen lebt er weiter – in jedem Moment, in dem wir an seine Stärke, seine Güte und seine aufrichtige Art denken.
